Lens replacement — sometimes called reglazing — means putting fresh lenses into your current frames instead of buying a whole new pair. It’s perfect when your prescription changes, your lenses get scratched, or you simply want to add sun or blue-light protection to frames you already own.

Yes. We craft premium progressive lenses cut precisely to your frame and prescription, for smooth vision at every distance. Progressives and other specialty lenses can take a little longer than single vision.

Order first — you’re never blocked at checkout. Afterward we’ll email simple instructions to upload a photo or PDF of your prescription. Please use a valid, unexpired prescription from a licensed eye doctor.

No problem. If you don’t have your prescription, we’ll show you how to request it from your eye doctor — they’re required to release it to you. For your PD, we’ll send an easy way to measure it at home with a ruler, or we can often read it from your current lenses.

In many cases, yes — our opticians can read your existing lenses to match your prescription. A current written prescription is always most accurate, but if you no longer have one, get in touch and we’ll help.

Almost always. For higher prescriptions we offer thinner, lighter high-index lenses so your glasses stay comfortable and look great. Not sure? Send us your numbers and we’ll advise before you order.

Yes — plano (non-prescription) sunglasses, blue-light and clear lenses are all available. It’s a great way to turn frames you love into a dedicated pair of sunglasses.

After you order, we email you a free prepaid, insured shipping label. Put your frames in a small box, attach the label and drop it at any post office — we take it from there.

Most orders are back at your door within 10 business days of us receiving your frames. Progressive and specialty lenses may take a little longer, and we’ll keep you posted at every step.

Yes. Shipping is free and prepaid in both directions across Canada, and your frames are insured from the moment they leave your hands.

Absolutely. Every shipment is tracked both ways and we’ll email you updates, so you always know exactly where your glasses are.

We don’t bill insurers directly, but we make reimbursement easy: we provide a claim-ready, itemized receipt you can submit to your vision insurance or Health Spending Account (HSA).
