Attach your free prepaid label, seal it up, and drop it at any post office. We take it from there.

Nothing. We email you a free prepaid, insured shipping label to send your frames, and we cover the return trip too. There are no shipping fees at checkout — ever.

Most orders are back at your door within 7–10 business days after we’ve received everything we need — your frames, your prescription, and any required measurements. The clock starts once we have all three, not just the frames. Progressive and specialty lenses can take a little longer. Here’s the full step-by-step.
