We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms, conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and contributors of content.

2. Our services
lensfixers provides prescription lens replacement services. Customers mail us their existing eyeglass frames, and we craft and fit new prescription or non-prescription lenses to those frames in our Canadian lab before shipping them back.
All lenses are custom-made to each customer’s prescription and frame. Because of this, orders cannot be resold or reused, which is reflected in our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for providing a valid, accurate and unexpired prescription from a licensed eye care professional, along with any measurements we request (such as pupillary distance). We are not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate information you provide.
3. Eligibility & your account
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms, viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account and order information, including your shipping address and contact details.
4. Orders, pricing & payment
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time of order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our site, and to promptly update your information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to pricing, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrectly listed price, in which case you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, whose own terms and privacy practices apply to the processing of your payment.

5. Shipping & your frames
We provide prepaid, insured shipping labels for sending your frames to us, and we ship completed orders back to you tracked and insured, as described in our Shipping Policy.
You are responsible for packing your frames securely for transit using the guidance we provide. While every shipment is insured, we recommend using a sturdy box and adequate cushioning.
Shipments are carried by third-party carriers, whose own terms apply to transit. We handle every frame with care, and a licensed optician inspects each order. In the unlikely event a frame is damaged while in our care, we will remedy the situation as described in our Refund Policy. We cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage or the inherent fragility of pre-owned frames beyond what is set out there.
6. Accuracy of information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information, which is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because we handle health-related information (your prescription), we treat it with particular care and use it only to fulfil your order and provide support.
