What if my frames get damaged?
It's rare — we handle every pair with care and our opticians inspect them at each stage. And because every shipment is insured both ways, you're covered in the unlikely event something goes wrong.
What if I don't have my prescription or measurements?
No problem. Place your order first — after that, we'll email you simple instructions to send your prescription and any measurements we need. You're never blocked at checkout.
How long does it take?
Most orders are back at your door within 10 business days from when we receive your frames. Progressive and specialty lenses can take a little longer — we'll keep you posted.
What kinds of lenses can you make?
Single vision, bifocal and progressive prescription lenses, plus non-prescription options like sunglasses and blue-light lenses — with coatings, tints and thinner high-index materials available.
