Common questions
Every progressive has small areas of blur at the lower outer edges, where the lens blends between distance and reading power. Premium designs make these zones smaller and the clear corridor wider, which is why they are easier to adapt to.
Most people adapt within a few days to two weeks. Looking through the correct zone — chin slightly down to read, level for distance — becomes automatic quickly. If they never feel right, our remake guarantee has you covered.
In most cases, yes. Progressives need a minimum lens height to fit all three zones, so very short frames may not work — if yours are borderline, contact us before ordering and we will check.
