SHIPPING POLICY
FREE, INSURED, BOTH WAYS
Every order includes free shipping in both directions across Canada. After you place your order, we email you a prepaid, insured shipping label. Place your frames in a small sturdy box, attach the label, and drop it at any post office — no postage to pay.
COVERAGE AREA
We ship coast to coast across Canada, including most PO boxes. Very remote or northern communities may take a little longer to reach. If you are outside Canada, contact us through our contact page before ordering.
TURNAROUND TIME
Most orders are back at your door within 7-10 business days after we have received everything we need: your frames, your prescription, and any required measurements (such as PD). The turnaround clock starts once all three are in hand, not when the frames alone arrive. Progressive and specialty lenses can take a little longer; we will keep you updated at every step.
TRACKING
Every shipment is tracked in both directions. You will receive tracking information by email when your frames are on the way to us and again when your finished glasses ship back.
INSURANCE
Every shipment is insured in both directions, from the moment your frames leave your hands until they are back with you. In the rare event of loss or damage in transit, you are fully covered — contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
PACKING YOUR FRAMES
Use a small, sturdy box rather than an envelope, wrap your frames in a soft cloth or bubble wrap so they cannot move, attach the prepaid label, and seal the box well.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change your delivery address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — ideally before your finished glasses ship back — and we will do our best to update it.
