We do not:

  • Guarantee compatibility with all frame types
  • Accept liability for pre-existing frame damage

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Prescription Requirements

Valid Prescription Required:

  • You must provide a current, valid prescription from a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist
  • Prescriptions must be dated within the last 2 years
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the prescription you submit

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect prescriptions provided by you
  • Out-of-date prescriptions
  • Vision issues resulting from inaccurate prescription information

5. Order Process & Acceptance

Placing an Order:

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Reasons for refusal may include: ineligible frames, incomplete information, or suspected fraud

Frame Eligibility:

  • Not all frames are suitable for lens replacement
  • We will inspect your frames upon receipt
  • If deemed ineligible, we will contact you immediately

6. Pricing & Payment

All Prices:

  • Are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
  • Include all applicable taxes
  • Are subject to change without notice
  • Are final once your order enters production

Payment:

  • Payment is due at the time of order
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed
  • All transactions are processed securely

7. Custom Product Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that:

  • Prescription lenses are custom-made medical devices
  • They are manufactured specifically for your prescription and frame
  • Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
  • Custom products are exempt from standard return policies

8. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • We provide free 2-way shipping within Canada
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
  • You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees

9. Quality Guarantee & Warranties

Our Guarantee:

  • Lenses will be manufactured to your exact specifications
  • Free remake if lenses are made incorrectly due to our error
  • 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches from daily use
  • Damage from accidents or misuse
  • Damage to frames during your use

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Damage to pre-owned frames (beyond our care)
  • Issues arising from incorrect prescription information you provided

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

11. Frame Handling

While frames are in our care:

  • We handle all frames with professional care
  • Frames are insured during shipping
  • We cannot guarantee against damage to pre-owned frames
  • If damage occurs, we will offer replacement or refund per our Return Policy

You acknowledge:

  • Frames may have pre-existing wear or weakness
  • Some frames may not survive the lens replacement process
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage
